Payment Methods We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, money orders, or certified bank checks for firearms and shipped purchases.
Layaway Policy We offer a four (4) month layaway program. With a 20% down payment on your order, you can have four months to pay off the balance with no extra costs. We require payment on a monthly basis to keep the layaway current. If the layaway is cancelled for any reason, a 10% restocking fee on the total purchase and all registration fees will be retained by Ace Sporting Goods. After the expiration of the layaway period, no refunds or credits will be given. Failure to comply with the above terms will result in breech of the layaway contract and will result in a forfeiture of all monies and equities paid to date. All Special Orders (merchandise we do not routinely stock) require a 50% deposit. Deposits on all Special Orders are non-refundable.
Gift Certificates For the firearms enthusiast who has everything, Ace Gift Certificates are available in any monetary amount. Gift certificates can be purchased by any of the previously mentioned payment methods. An Ace Gift Certificate can be used to purchase any item in our store except hunting licenses. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
Shipping Standard shipping is by UPS Ground. Freight and insurance costs will be added to your purchase price. Special shipping instructions can be arranged.

Mail Order Firearms Purchases We will sell firearms to out-of-state customers, as well as in state, but, as you may know, there are very stringent laws and guidelines that we must comply with in shipping firearms.
According to federal law, all firearms shipped across state lines must be received by a Federal Firearms Licensee. This could be a firearms dealer or private individual with a Federal Firearms License located in your area. You, as the buyer, must secure a Federal Firearms Licensee that is willing to accept shipment of your purchase from us. You will normally incur a receiving fee for this service. These fees can vary widely so it is a good idea to inquire about this cost.
When you have found a receiver, you will need to send to us by mail a legible signed-in-ink copy of your receiver’s Federal Firearms License. Once this document is in our hands and the order is paid in full, we will be able to ship your firearm.
On all used firearms, you will be entitled to a 2-day inspection period upon receipt of the firearm at your Federal Firearms Licensee. Notification of return must be made to Ace Sporting Goods within this inspection period. Firearms returned must be in original unaltered condition and will be shipped back to Ace Sporting Goods at your expense. Proof of age must accompany all firearms and ammunition purchases.

Warranty Policy Manufacturer warranties are in effect for all products. We do not refund, replace or give store credit for merchandise unless authorized to do so by the manufacturer.
On all new firearms purchases, we offer a store warranty that covers the first year of ownership. In event of a problem, we will handle shipping of the firearm back to the manufacturer for warranty determination, repair or replacement. Warranty determination and work normally takes 6-8 weeks for most manufacturers.
All of our used firearms come with a 6 month or 12 month store guarantee on mechanical parts and function. Respective of signs of abuse or neglect, we will have used firearms repaired if problems develop during warranty period. In event the firearm cannot be repaired, appropriate store credit will be issued.
Note: All boots for warranty determination must be returned clean and dry.
Refund Policy All firearms and archery bow purchases are final.
Special Order Merchandise is not refundable.
Merchandise for refund (except firearms and bows) must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Sales receipt must accompany all returns and merchandise must be new, unused and in original packaging.
Underclothing and socks are not refundable.
